Terms and Conditions for Plastic Bag Printing South Africa

    1. Payment Terms: Payment is required upfront in full or 65% upon approval of artwork and plate creation, with the remaining 35% due upon completion of the printing job.

    2. Refunds: Plastic Bag Printing South Africa does not offer refunds for delays caused by machine breakdowns, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

    3. Plate Costs: Plates are a significant expense in the printing process and are factored into the overall price. Any discrepancies in pricing do not affect the obligation for full payment.

    4. Quantity Variations: Clients may receive the exact quantity ordered, slightly less, or slightly more due to variations in the printing process. Clients are responsible for accepting the quantity delivered.

    5. Lead Times: Printing typically takes between 7 to 28 days, depending on workload and seasonal demand. Clients are advised to plan well in advance to accommodate potential delays.

    6. Artwork Approval: Clients must approve artwork proofs provided by Plastic Bag Printing South Africa before production begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

    7. Setup and Color Variations: While efforts are made to match colors accurately, variations may occur due to differences in materials and printing methods. Clients should expect slight color variations and discuss expectations beforehand.

    8. Delivery: Delivery costs are not included in the printing quote and will be charged separately. Plastic Bag Printing South Africa is not liable for delays or damages during transit.

    9. Ownership of Artwork: Clients retain ownership of artwork provided for printing. However, Plastic Bag Printing South Africa reserves the right to use images of the final printed products for promotional purposes.

    10. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to approval and may incur charges to cover costs already incurred. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

    11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation between the client and Plastic Bag Printing South Africa.

    12. Precedence: These terms and conditions take precedence over any other communications, whether verbal or written, regarding the printing job.

    By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Plastic Bag Printing South Africa reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
